Responsibilities: 1 Lead the design, development, and implementation of nCino Bank Operating System applications, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards. 2 Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring the successful delivery of projects. 3 Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and quality assurance teams, to ensure successful project delivery. 4 Act as the primary point of contact for all application-related issues, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure minimal disruption to business operations. 5 Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in nCino Bank Operating System, providing recommendations for process improvements and innovative solutions. Technical Skills: 1 Must To Have Skills: Extensive experience in nCino Bank Operating System. 2 Good To Have Skills: Experience in Agile development methodologies. 3 Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) processes and methodologies. 4 Experience in leading and managing teams of developers and technical professionals. 5 Good to have 3 year experience in nCino Bank Operating System. Personal Attributes 1 Must have Good Communication skill and Capable of Client facing SFDC role. Educational Qualification: 1 Must have 15 Year of education.
