Summary: As a Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data solutions for data generation, collection, and processing. Your typical day will involve creating data pipelines, ensuring data quality, and implementing ETL processes to migrate and deploy data across systems using your expertise in Data Engineering. Roles & Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain data solutions for data generation, collection, and processing. - Create data pipelines, ensuring data quality, and implementing ETL processes to migrate and deploy data across systems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data-related issues. - Develop and maintain data models, data dictionaries, and other documentation related to data engineering processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Experience in designing and developing data solutions using ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, or SSIS. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in Big Data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Hive. - Strong understanding of database concepts and experience in working with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL. - Experience in working with cloud-based data solutions such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. - Experience in data modeling, data warehousing, and data integration. - Experience in scripting languages such as Python or Perl. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Data Engineering. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful data-driven solutions. - This position is based at our Mumbai office.
