"Information Security and Data Protection Lead. (L9or L10). • Develop and maintain the organization's Information Security Management System (ISMS) in accordance with ISO 27001 requirements. • Coordinate and oversee the implementation of security policies, procedures, and controls. • Conduct risk assessments and ensure appropriate risk treatment measures are in place. • Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and gaps. • Recommend and implement security solutions to mitigate risks. • Develop and maintain security documentation, such as security plans, policies, and standards. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure security requirements are integrated into business processes. • Ensure compliance with data protection laws and regulations, such as GDPR. • Provide guidance on data protection impact assessments (DPIAs). • Serve as the point of contact for data subjects and supervisory authorities regarding data protection matters. • Monitor data processing activities and ensure appropriate safeguards are in place. • Conduct training and awareness programs on data protection and privacy. • Ensure that the organization adheres to relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards. • Conduct audits and assessments to validate compliance with security policies and procedures. • Develop and maintain compliance documentation and reports. • Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies. • Provide guidance on compliance requirements to business units and departments.
