Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, designing application architecture, overseeing development activities, and ensuring the quality of deliverables. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into technical specifications. - Design application architecture and develop solutions that meet business needs and align with industry best practices. - Oversee development activities, ensuring adherence to coding standards, quality guidelines, and project timelines. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous learning. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies. - Actively participate in team discussions, sharing insights and contributing to problem-solving. - Contribute to providing solutions to work-related problems. - Ensure effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. - Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in application development technologies and practices. - Additional Responsibility 1: Mentor and guide junior professionals, fostering their growth and development. - Additional Responsibility 2: Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps, Microsoft Power BI. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or QlikView. - Strong understanding of application development principles and best practices. - Experience in designing and developing scalable and secure applications using Microsoft Power Apps. - Hands-on experience in creating custom connectors, workflows, and forms in Microsoft Power Apps. - Knowledge of data modeling and database design concepts. - Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure. - Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Power Apps. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A Graduate degree is required.
