Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications using Selenium, acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Conduct detailed analysis of complex business requirements, translating them into technical specifications for application development. - Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality applications, managing project timelines and resources effectively. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with other automation tools such as Appium or TestComplete. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. - Experience with programming languages such as Java or Python. - Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Solid grasp of database concepts and SQL. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Selenium. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
