Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing the development process. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, as well as mentoring junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project, coordinating with stakeholders and managing their expectations. - Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring the stability and performance of applications. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to enhance the application development process. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java, Hibernate, and RESTful APIs. - Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices. - Experience in designing and developing scalable and high-performance applications. - Knowledge of database technologies, such as MySQL or Oracle. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Effective communication and collaboration abilities. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Spring Boot. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A Bachelor's Degree is required.
