Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing the development process. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, as well as mentoring junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into technical specifications. - Design and develop high-quality software solutions that meet customer needs and project requirements. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards. - Conduct code reviews to identify and address any issues or bugs, and ensure code quality and maintainability. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, working closely with the team to identify root causes and implement effective solutions. - Participate in system integration testing and support user acceptance testing to ensure the successful delivery of projects. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and proactively share knowledge and insights with the team. Professional & Technical Skills: - - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot. - - Strong understanding of software development principles, including object-oriented programming and design patterns. - - Experience in developing and deploying enterprise-level applications using Java and Spring frameworks. - - Knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. - - Familiarity with relational databases and SQL. - - Experience with version control systems, such as Git. - - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - - Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Spring Boot. - This position is based at our Kolkata office. - A Bachelors Degree is required.
