Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing the development process. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, as well as mentoring junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for project-related activities. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. - Provide technical guidance and support to the development team. - Contribute actively in team discussions and provide solutions to work-related problems. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during the development process. - Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Ensure the successful delivery of projects within the specified timelines. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with test automation frameworks such as TestNG or JUnit. - Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. - Experience in designing and implementing automated test scripts using Selenium. - Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Familiarity with version control systems such as Git or SVN. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Selenium. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
