Job Description

Project Role : Application Lead
Project Role Description : Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.

Summary: As an Application Lead for Oracle Cloud Applications Technical, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications. You will act as the primary point of contact and work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, designing technical solutions, and providing technical leadership to the team. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure Oracle Cloud Applications Technical solutions. - Act as the primary point of contact for technical issues and provide technical leadership to the team. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. - Design technical solutions that meet business requirements and align with industry best practices. - Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to ensure high-quality deliverables. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong technical expertise in Oracle Cloud Applications Technical. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). - Experience in leading technical teams and providing technical leadership. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Ability to design technical solutions that meet business requirements and align with industry best practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Applications Technical. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
