Job Description

Project Role : Application Lead
Project Role Description : Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.

Summary: As an Application Lead for Oracle Cloud Applications Technical, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications. You will act as the primary point of contact and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, designing technical solutions, and providing technical leadership to the team. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure Oracle Cloud Applications Technical solutions, acting as the primary point of contact. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design technical solutions, and ensure successful project delivery. - Provide technical leadership to the team, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, test plans, and user manuals. - Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle Cloud Applications Technical trends and technologies, and provide recommendations for improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Oracle Cloud Applications Technical. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion Middleware, and Oracle Integration Cloud. - Experience in leading technical teams and providing technical leadership. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies. - Experience in designing technical solutions and developing technical documentation. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Applications Technical. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering successful Oracle Cloud Applications Technical solutions. - This position is based at our Pune office.
