Summary: As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications using Microsoft Azure Data Services. Your typical day will involve leading the effort to deliver high-quality applications, acting as the primary point of contact for the project team. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications using Microsoft Azure Data Services, ensuring high-quality deliverables. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project team, providing guidance and support as needed. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, including developers, testers, and business analysts. - Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets, identifying and mitigating risks as needed. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure Data Services. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform and PySpark. - Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices. - Experience with agile development methodologies. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Data Services. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality applications. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
