Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of the product lifecycle. You will apply your knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support clients, projects, or entities. Your typical day will involve leading a team of software developers, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, designing and implementing software solutions, and ensuring the quality and timely delivery of projects. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead a team of software developers and provide guidance and support. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. - Design and implement software solutions based on business needs. - Ensure the quality and timely delivery of software projects. - Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to team members. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Warehouse ETL Testing. - Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and principles. - Experience in designing and executing ETL test cases and scripts. - Knowledge of SQL and database concepts. - Familiarity with data integration tools such as Informatica or Talend. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile software development methodologies. - Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium or JUnit. - Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or Shell scripting. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Data Warehouse ETL Testing. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years of full-time education is required.
