Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will act as the ongoing interface between the client and the Microsoft SQL Server Administration system or application. Dedicated to quality, you will use exceptional communication skills to keep our world-class systems running. You will accurately define a client issue and interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge. Your typical day will involve providing technical support to clients, troubleshooting system issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of the Microsoft SQL Server Administration system or application. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Provide technical support to clients, resolving their queries and issues. - Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolutions. - Ensure the smooth operation of the Microsoft SQL Server Administration system or application. - Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Assist in training and mentoring junior professionals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with database management systems. - Strong understanding of database concepts and SQL queries. - Experience in performance tuning and optimization of SQL Server databases. - Knowledge of backup and recovery strategies for SQL Server databases. - Familiarity with high availability and disaster recovery solutions for SQL Server. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server Administration. - This position is based at our Indore office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
