Summary: As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with SAP Master Data Migration and SAP ABAP Development, ensuring successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, build, and configuration of applications, ensuring successful project delivery. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project, liaising with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, including testing, deployment, and post-production support. - Ensure project documentation is complete and accurate, including technical specifications, test plans, and user manuals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in SAP Master Data Migration. - Must To Have Skills: Experience in SAP ABAP Development. - Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices. - Experience in leading and managing development teams. - Experience in project management, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP Master Data Migration. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering successful projects. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
