Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Provide ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. - Maintain quality standards in system operations. - Utilize exceptional communication skills to ensure smooth system functionality. - Interpret client issues accurately and design resolutions based on product knowledge. - Collaborate with the team to enhance system performance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Configuration Database & CI Management. - Strong understanding of database management principles. - Experience in ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB). Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Configuration Database & CI Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A Graduate with 15 years of education is required.
