Summary: As an Application Lead for SAP ABAP Development for HANA, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications. You will act as the primary point of contact and work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Your typical day will involve developing and implementing SAP ABAP solutions for HANA, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring project timelines are met. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the development and implementation of SAP ABAP solutions for HANA, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including functional consultants, technical consultants, and business analysts, to ensure successful project delivery. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, ensuring high-quality deliverables. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, test plans, and user manuals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - Must To Have Skills: Experience in leading SAP ABAP Development projects. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in SAP Fiori/UI5 development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects. - Strong understanding of SAP ABAP programming concepts, including OOPS, BADI, BAPI, and RFC. - Experience in developing and implementing SAP ABAP solutions for HANA, including CDS views, AMDP, and HANA SQL scripting. - Experience in SAP ABAP performance tuning and optimization. - Experience in SAP ABAP integration with other SAP modules, including MM, SD, and FI/CO. - Experience in SAP ABAP debugging and troubleshooting. - Experience in SAP ABAP testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful SAP ABAP solutions. - This position is based at our Bangalore office.
