Summary: As an Application Lead for SAP ABAP Development for HANA, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing technical guidance, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP ABAP solutions for HANA, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other developers, to ensure seamless integration of SAP ABAP solutions with other systems. - Ensure compliance with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as needed. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in SAP ABAP Development for HANA, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Extensive experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - Must To Have Skills: Strong understanding of SAP HANA database concepts and architecture. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Fiori/UI5 development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation and migration. - Strong understanding of SAP ABAP programming concepts, including object-oriented programming, BAPIs, and IDOCs. - Experience with SAP NetWeaver Gateway and OData services. - Experience with SAP Cloud Platform and SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP). - Experience with SAP Solution Manager for managing the entire application lifecycle. - Solid grasp of software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide effective solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful SAP ABAP solutions. - This position is based at our Gurugram office.
