Project Role Description : Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.

Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications using OpenText ECM tools. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring the successful delivery of applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Developing and implementing custom Documentum D2 applications and components using Documentum D2 Configurations, forms, workflows, Smart ACL's and widgets. - Customizing existing Documentum D2 components and workflows to align with specific business processes and requirements. - Developing custom utilities using Java and DFCs as per business requirements. - Identify and resolve technical issues related to Documentum D2 system, such as performance problems, access permissions, or integration challenges. - Ensure the successful delivery of applications, including testing, deployment, and post-production support. - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications using OpenText ECM tools, acting as the primary point of contact. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop technical specifications, and manage project timelines. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Primary Skill: Strong experience in OpenText Documentum. - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in OpenText ECM Tools. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with other ECM tools such as Alfresco, SharePoint, or FileNet. - Solid understanding of software engineering principles and best practices. - Experience with Agile development methodologies. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in OpenText ECM tools. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - 15 years of education
