Activities include analyzing and designing/re-designing business processes and/or defining parts of an organization. Showcasing creativity and problem-solving skills are key aspects of this role. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the implementation of business function activities effectively. - Analyze and design/re-design business processes to enhance performance. - Define parts of the organization to streamline operations. - Mentor junior professionals to ensure successful project outcomes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS). - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites. - Strong understanding of business process analysis and design. - Knowledge of organizational structure and operations. - Experience in project management and team collaboration. - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS). - This position is based at our Indore office. - A MBA degree is required.
