Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications using Spring Boot. Your typical day will involve leading the effort to develop and deploy applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications using Spring Boot, acting as the primary point of contact. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and business analysts, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, user manuals, and test plans. - Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines throughout the development lifecycle. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Spring Boot. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in Java, RESTful web services, and microservices architecture. - Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. - Experience with version control systems such as Git and SVN. - Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide effective solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Spring Boot. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
