Summary: As a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve utilizing your expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical to deliver impactful solutions and ensure project success. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications, acting as the primary point of contact. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success, utilizing your expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Architecture and Integration, Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Core Development, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Architecture, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Security, Microsoft Power Automate. Candidate should have below technical expertise: 1. C# -> Dynamics Plugins, Azure Functions 2. Azure development knowledge in general (Subscruptions, resources, configuration, security, deployments etc) 3. Azure Devops -> Working with items in Azure DevOps, Git 4. Azure DevOps Deployment Pipelines 5. Azure Data Factory (for Batch integration) 6. JavaScript/React – Form scripting, Front-end components and PowerApps Custom Components Framework 7. Power Platform Custom Connectors - Good To Have Skills: Experience in - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Functional - Solid understanding of software engineering principles and best practices. - Experience in leading and managing teams, ensuring successful project delivery. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Experience in developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Architecture and Integration and more than 3 years experience in D365. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Pune office.
