Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will analyze, design, code, and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. You will perform maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work. Your typical day will involve analyzing requirements, designing software solutions, writing code, and conducting testing to ensure the quality of the application. You will collaborate with team members and actively participate in discussions to provide solutions to work-related problems. Your role will require you to work independently and become a subject matter expert in C++ programming language. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Analyze requirements and design software solutions. - Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in C++ programming language. - Conduct unit testing and debugging to ensure the quality of the code. - Collaborate with team members to review code and provide constructive feedback. - Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving coding standards. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving software defects and issues. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in C++ Programming Language. - Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts. - Experience with software development methodologies and best practices. - Knowledge of data structures and algorithms. - Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with C programming language. - Solid grasp of software testing principles and techniques. - Understanding of software security principles and best practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in C++ Programming Language. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A BE degree is required.
