Summary: As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements using Selenium. Your typical day will involve working with the development team, analyzing requirements, and developing and testing applications to ensure they meet the business needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and develop solutions that meet those requirements. - Develop and maintain technical documentation related to the application development process. - Perform unit testing and integration testing to ensure the quality of the developed applications. - Troubleshoot and debug issues related to the developed applications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong Testing knowledge Strong Java & SQL basic concepts like joins, sub queries, aggregation functions 4+ years of Hands-on experience in Automation using Java, SQL, Selenium Hands on experience with Automation scripting/execution, debugging and analysis Git, JIRA, Jenkins, TestNG/Junit, Maven Good communication - Good To Have Skills: Experience in Automation Framework Development/Enhancement Knowledge on backend testing / automation Experience in BDD/Cucumber Knowledge / working experience in Azure DevOps Knowledge on ETL testing - Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing life cycle (STLC). - Experience with version control systems such as Git or SVN. - Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools such as Jenkins or Bamboo. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in Selenium. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
