Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, coding, and testing multiple components of application code using SAP Hybris Commerce. Your typical day will involve working with cross-functional teams, performing maintenance, enhancements, and development work to deliver high-quality solutions to clients. Roles & Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain SAP Hybris Commerce applications using Java and related technologies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and implement solutions that meet client requirements. - Perform maintenance, enhancements, and development work on existing SAP Hybris Commerce applications. - Ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards, including performing code reviews and unit testing. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in SAP Hybris Commerce development using Java. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Spring Framework, Hibernate, and other related technologies. - Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. - Experience with web services, RESTful APIs, and other integration technologies. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP Hybris Commerce development using Java. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions to clients. - This position is based at our Chennai office.
