Summary: As a Technology Platform Engineer, you will be responsible for creating production and non-production cloud environments using the proper software tools. Your role will involve deploying the automation pipeline and automating environment creation and configuration. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the platform for the project or product. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Manage and maintain the cloud environments for the project or product. - Automate the environment creation and configuration process. - Deploy the automation pipeline to ensure efficient deployment of resources. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth functioning of the platform. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off. - Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and technologies. - Experience in deploying and managing cloud environments using software tools. - Knowledge of automation tools and techniques for environment creation and configuration. - Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for efficient deployment. - Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to key decisions. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to provide solutions for complex issues. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. - This position is based at our Noida office. - A 15 Years Continuous Education is required.
