Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for creating efficient and scalable applications using Spring Boot. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team to understand business requirements, designing and implementing application features, and ensuring the application meets quality standards and performance benchmarks. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Design and develop high-quality software applications using Spring Boot. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements. - Create technical specifications and design documents. - Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. - Troubleshoot and debug application issues. - Optimize application performance and scalability. - Conduct unit testing and ensure software quality. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Mentor junior developers and provide guidance and support. - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. - Participate in agile development processes and ceremonies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot. - Strong understanding of Java programming language. - Experience with RESTful API development. - Knowledge of database systems and SQL. - Hands-on experience with version control systems like Git. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Spring Framework. - Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Understanding of microservices architecture. - Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. - Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Spring Boot. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A Graduate degree is required.
