Job Description

Project Role : Application Designer
Project Role Description : Assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements.

Summary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of Salesforce OmniStudio Platform. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, designing and developing applications, and providing solutions to work-related problems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business process needs. - Design and develop applications using Salesforce OmniStudio Platform. - Ensure the successful implementation of applications by conducting thorough testing and debugging. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for applications. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in application design and development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce OmniStudio Platform. - Strong understanding of Salesforce development principles and best practices. - Experience in designing and developing applications using Salesforce Lightning components. - Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL. - Experience with data integration and migration using Salesforce Data Loader. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud. - Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Knowledge of Agile development methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce OmniStudio Platform. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A Salesforce OmniStudio Platform certification is required.
