Summary: As a Software Development Engineer with expertise in Salesforce Technical Architecture, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, coding, and testing multiple components of application code across one or more clients. Your typical day will involve performing maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work using your extensive knowledge of Salesforce Technical Architecture. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design and development of complex Salesforce solutions, including integrations with other systems and customizations to meet client requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of Salesforce projects, including working with project managers, business analysts, and quality assurance teams. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies and trends, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. - Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, ensuring high-quality deliverables. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Extensive experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture. - Must To Have Skills: Strong understanding of Salesforce development best practices and design patterns. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce integrations and data migration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Communities and Service Cloud. - Solid grasp of software development lifecycle methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful Salesforce solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
