You will act as the primary point of contact and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, designing and implementing solutions, and providing technical guidance to team members. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP HCM Payroll solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring the development of high-quality solutions. - Act as the primary point of contact for all SAP HCM Payroll-related queries, providing timely and effective solutions to stakeholders. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in SAP HCM Payroll, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Extensive experience in SAP HCM Payroll. - Must To Have Skills: Strong understanding of SAP Payroll schema and configuration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HR modules. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP ABAP programming language. - Good To Have Skills: Knowledge of SAP Payroll integration with other SAP modules. - Solid grasp of software development methodologies and best practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
