Summary: As a Microsoft SQL Server Database Administrator, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve working with SQL Server, managing databases, and ensuring data security and integrity. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft SQL Server databases, ensuring data security and integrity. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve database-related issues, ensuring optimal performance and availability. - Develop and maintain database backup and recovery procedures, ensuring data availability in the event of system failures. - Monitor database performance and proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring optimal system performance. - Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations, implementing appropriate security measures to protect sensitive data. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server Database Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with other database technologies such as Oracle or MySQL. - Strong understanding of database design principles and data modeling techniques. - Experience with database backup and recovery procedures. - Solid grasp of database performance tuning and optimization techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server Database Administration. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful database solutions. - This position is based at our Noida office.
