Summary: As a Sales Origination Practitioner, you will orchestrate and lead the entire origination process for cross service-group deal working with the CAL, the client team and relevant subject matter experts. You will be responsible for driving the sales pursuit management and ensuring successful deal closures. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple teams to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Roles and Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead and manage the entire origination process for cross-client, cross service-group deals. - Collaborate with the CAL, client team, and subject matter experts to drive successful deal closures. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. - Provide guidance and support to junior professionals in the sales pursuit management process. Professional and Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Sales Pursuit Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Google Cloud Platform Architecture, Google Cloud Compute Services. - Strong understanding of sales strategies and techniques. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets. - Experience in managing complex sales processes. - Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Sales Pursuit Management. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A BE degree is required.
