Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional technical support to clients, utilizing your expertise in Service Desk Management. - Accurately define client issues and design effective solutions based on deep product knowledge. - Maintain exceptional communication skills to keep our world-class systems running. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in Service Desk Management and related technologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in Service Desk Management. - Good To Have Skills: Knowledge of ITIL framework and related technologies. - Strong understanding of client issue resolution and product knowledge. - Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams. - Solid grasp of the latest advancements in Service Desk Management and related technologies.
