Summary: As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve utilizing your expertise in SAP for Oil & Gas Downstream to deliver impactful solutions for our clients. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, build, and configuration of applications utilizing SAP for Oil & Gas Downstream. - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring the successful delivery of projects. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative solutions to complex business problems. - Ensure the successful delivery of projects within scope, budget, and timeline constraints. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in TSW - Good To Have Skills: Experience with other SAP modules, such as SAP MM or SAP SD. - Strong understanding of downstream oil and gas processes and industry-specific challenges. - Experience with SAP implementation methodologies, such as ASAP or Activate. - Experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP for Oil & Gas Downstream. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
