Job Description

Project Role : Application Developer
Project Role Description : Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.

Summary: As an Application Developer for Cloud Contact Center Implementation, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve working with the Cloud Contact Center Implementation team to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and implement cloud contact center solutions using industry-standard tools and technologies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, user manuals, and test plans. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for cloud contact center applications and related systems. - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in cloud contact center implementation and development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Experience in Cloud Contact Center Implementation. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. - Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and technologies. - Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript. - Experience with database technologies such as SQL or NoSQL. - Experience with Agile development methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Cloud Contact Center Implementation. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
