Job Description

Project Role : User Experience Engineer
Project Role Description : Accountable for prototype work and other software engineering solutions that create an optimized user experience. Translate design concepts to prototype solutions as quickly and tangibly as possible, with a balanced understanding of technical feasibility implications and design intent.
Must have skills : Microsoft Windows User Interface (UI) Design
Good to have skills : Microsoft Creative Design
Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
Educational Qualification : Should be a Graduate

Summary: As a User Experience Engineer, you will be responsible for creating optimized user experiences by translating design concepts to prototype solutions. Your typical day will involve working on Microsoft Windows User Interface (UI) Design and Microsoft Creative Design to create impactful data-driven solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the development and implementation of optimized user experiences by translating design concepts to prototype solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical feasibility implications and design intent are balanced. - Conduct detailed analysis of user requirements and feedback to create impactful data-driven solutions. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in Microsoft Windows User Interface (UI) Design and Microsoft Creative Design to integrate innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows User Interface (UI) Design. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Creative Design. - Strong understanding of user experience engineering principles. - Experience with user research and usability testing methodologies. - Solid grasp of prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Windows User Interface (UI) Design. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in user experience design, human-computer interaction, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful user experiences. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
