Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications using Microsoft ASP.NET. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications using Microsoft ASP.NET, acting as the primary point of contact. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, manage project timelines, and ensure successful delivery of high-quality applications. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards in software development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft ASP.NET. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure PaaS. - Strong understanding of software development best practices and principles. - Experience with Agile development methodologies. - Solid grasp of database design and development, including SQL Server and Oracle. - Experience with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft ASP.NET. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software applications. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
