Job Description

Project Role : Application Automation Engineer
Project Role Description : Apply innovative ideas to drive the automation of Delivery Analytics at the client level.
Must have skills : Microsoft Robotic Process Automation, Automation Anywhere

Summary: As an Application Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for driving the automation of Delivery Analytics at the client level using Robotic Process Automation and Automation Anywhere. Your typical day will involve designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions to improve business processes and increase efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using Robotic Process Automation and Automation Anywhere. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and implement solutions to improve business processes. - Develop and maintain automation scripts and workflows to ensure optimal performance and reliability. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for automation solutions, ensuring timely resolution of issues. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Robotic Process Automation. - Good To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automation Anywhere. - Strong understanding of automation concepts and best practices. - Build software Robots for Group Operations in BluePrism required (Automation Anywhere optional) - Process analysis and modelling for assessing automation feasibility - Technical solution design and implementation - Testing of automated solutions - Maintaining existing Robots - Support L1/L2 team for root cause analysis for production issues - Collaborate with business partners on requirements and functional design Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Robotic Process Automation and Automation Anywhere(Optional). - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful automation solutions. - This position is based at our Pune/Bengaluru office.
