Project Role Description : Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.
Must have skills : Oracle Product Lifecycle Management Cloud
Good to have skills : Cloud Data Migration

Summary: As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with Oracle Product Lifecycle Management Cloud and Cloud Data Migration to deliver impactful solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: • Should be able to understand customer needs and develop comprehensive requirements documents. • Propose solutions to business needs from an application perspective. • Perform configurations and data migration activities. • Handle CRP sessions and customer expectations. • Prepare and carry out Go Live cutover activities. Professional & Technical Skills: • Good SQL knowledge is preferred. • Exposure and understanding of REST API’s is desired. • Has knowledge of Oracle Fusion Reporting using BI publisher. • Time & Project Management - Comfortable working within tight and changing deadlines, able to work independently and set priorities. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks • Oral Communication - speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; demonstrates presentation skills • Written Communication - writes clearly and informatively; presents numerical data effectively; able to read and interpret written information from a variety of levels and technical proficiencies • Insightful - Skilled at identifying opportunities for increasing business efficiency. • Detail oriented and accurate - minimizes mistakes, follows every step in a process and follows through with all tasks • Problem Solver - performs root cause analysis to resolve issues. Understands cause and effect. Takes initiative to resolve problems • Logical – Thinks projects and situations through with very little codified knowledge, follows a clear chain of reasoning when making decisions • Judgement – Shows ability to intake, weigh, and determine correct procedures with minimal oversight. Understands what falls outside of the range of acceptable decisions and seeks supervisory consultation and approval in those cases Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Product Lifecycle Management Cloud. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
