Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Ensure the smooth functioning of critical business systems. - Identify and resolve issues within multiple components of the systems. - Optimize the performance of virtualized environments using Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Administration. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Administration. - Strong understanding of virtualization technologies and concepts. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving application and infrastructure issues. - Knowledge of networking protocols and configurations. - Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell. -On-premise Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops -Experience on PVS -Citrix Netscaler -Citrix Provisioning Services -Citrix UPM and FSLogix Profile Management -Hybrid cloud Azure hosted Citrix environments -Powershell - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud platforms like Azure. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Administration. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required.
