Summary: As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our systems. Your typical day will involve monitoring and troubleshooting production issues, designing and implementing automation solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve system performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Design and implement automation solutions to improve system reliability, scalability, and performance. - Monitor and troubleshoot production issues, identifying root causes and implementing solutions to prevent recurrence. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve system performance issues, utilizing strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Develop and maintain system documentation, including runbooks, standard operating procedures, and system diagrams. - Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for production systems. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in Site Reliability Engineering and apply innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Site Reliability Engineering. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure. - Experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef. - Strong understanding of Linux operating systems and command-line tools. - Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Nagios, Prometheus, or ELK stack. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 6-8 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering reliable and scalable systems.
