Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure SAP FI CO Finance applications, acting as the primary point of contact. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and provide technical guidance to the team. - Ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet business requirements and adhere to best practices. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the team, ensuring the development of technical skills and knowledge. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in SAP FI CO Finance and related technologies, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in SAP FI CO Finance. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance, SAP FSCM, and SAP Treasury. - Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes. - Experience in leading and managing teams in a software development environment. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Experience in working with Agile methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP FI CO Finance. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in finance, accounting, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Gurugram office.
