Summary: As a User Experience Designer, you will be responsible for analyzing the needs of the target users and how they perform tasks to create an optimized user experience. Your typical day will involve conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Conduct user research to understand the needs and behaviors of the target audience. - Create wireframes and prototypes to visualize and test user flows and interactions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and designers, to ensure a seamless user experience. - Design and implement user-centered solutions that meet business objectives and user needs. - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in user experience design. Project Role Description : Create systems and frameworks to organize information and help users understand how solution or service will work and behave over time. Employ user centered design processes, conduct ethnographic research and usability testing to identify user needs. Integrate and address user needs and balance them against business, brand and technical goals and needs. Communicate solutions, usually in the form of models, wireframes, documentation, or prototypes across platforms. Must have Skills : User Research Good to Have Skills : No Technology Specialization Job Requirements : Key Responsibilities : 1 Conduct primary and secondary user research and evaluate quantitative and qualitative research Perform market and ethnographic research 2 Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate research topics 3 Plan and implement user research strategies and methodologies 4 Advocate research findings to diverse audiences through written and oral presentations 5 Mentor and coach junior UX researchers on the team Perform usability studies with consumers Technical Experience : 1Meet clients to gather information about their requirements and to find out what needs researching, designing or usability testing 2 Involved in sketching, prototyping and on occasion user testing, before passing the design onto the development team 3 Understand qualitative research methods have an awareness of costs and budgets put users at the center of a design to make it simple, easy to use and good looking be confident in your presentation skills in order to present the stages Professional Attributes : 1 Work closely within a multidisciplinary team, including web developers and programmers 2 Requires good communication skills, leadership skills, team handling skills, analytical skills, presentation skills and the ability to work under pressure Educational Qualification: Bachelor of design or Master of design Desired to have candidate from design UGPG qualification Additional Info : Design experience mandatory
