Project Role Description : Define the cloud security framework and architecture, ensuring it meets the business requirements and performance goals. Document the implementation of the cloud security controls and transition to cloud security-managed operations.

Summary: 1. This role requires visionary leadership to inspire and motivate team members along with deep understanding of SAST/DAST analysis, Terraform & Tfscan code review, a history of successful team management, and the ability to drive security initiatives in a collaborative environment 2. Lead team in day-to-day activities involving technical discussion with the client, internal discussion with Accenture leadership team. Track and ensure timely completion of each activity 3. Review quality of each delivery and guide team with technical expertise 4. To ensure that team is working as per the listed procedures & policies 5. Lead should also work on constantly increasing the productivity of the team and improving quality Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Align team goals with the overall company strategy. 2. Effectively communicate organizational goals and expectations to team members. 3. Deliver business outcomes for clients-by harnessing talent, data and intelligence to revolutionize their operating models. 4. Identify and assess complex problems for areas of responsibility and create solutions in situations which requires an in-depth analysis/evaluation of variable factors. 5. Alignment to strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near-term goals. 6. Being a conduit between Accenture’s senior management and client involving matters that may require acceptance of an alternate approach. 7. Act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments. 8. Flag risks to clients and Accenture stakeholders and propose action plans where needed 9. Have an innovative mindset to identify improvement opportunities to optimize processes, decrease costs and increase client value. 10. Managing large sized teams and/or work efforts at a client or within Accenture 11. Having a transformation mindset and eye for identifying automation/process improvement/ AI opportunities. Drive Automation/ AI initiatives within the project 12. Track work and progress for the entire team and ensure the team meets SLAs & timely client deliverables. 13. Drive Business review with client and internal stakeholders 14. Work along with the Finance team on closing monthly Forecasting and Invoicing for the entire team . Experience with: a. Application Security or Security Auditing, e.g. static and dynamic analysis of malicious binaries. b. AWS, Azure, Google Cloud security frameworks & Architecture c. Java,Android, Kotlin, HTML, CSS, Javascript, JQuery, AJAX & AngularJS, NodeJS d. Tools such as: APKTool, JADX/ JEB, Burp/ Charles Proxy, IDA Pro, FRIDA. e. SIEM Tools such as Splunk, Qradar , CrowdStrike etc. 2. General ability to solve semi-complicated problems. 3. Very good to have understanding or experience of PHA (Potentially Harmful applications) classification on Android platform. 4. Strong knowledge on AWS , Google Cloud Native services and DevOps. 5. Should have knowledge on any SIEM tool , Incidents and Response , Incident, Change management. 6. Good knowledge on security frameworks such as OWASP , NIST , CIS , ISO. 7. Good knowledge on global regulatory issues like PCI DSS, PII , GDPR. BTech, MTech, MCA or BSc Computers 2. Minimum 13 - 15years of Industry experience, at least 3 years of experience managing a larger team
