Project Role : Security Consulting Lead
Project Role Description : Lead the effort and teams to enable development and implementation of proprietary and innovative security solutions. Assess, manage and ensure compliance to risk reducing behaviors and processes.
Must have skills : SailPoint IdentityIQ
Good to have skills : Java Deployment Technologies
Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required
Educational Qualification : BTech or equalent 15 years complete education

Summary: As a Security Consulting Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort and teams to enable development and implementation of proprietary and innovative security solutions. Your typical day will involve assessing, managing, and ensuring compliance to risk-reducing behaviors and processes using SailPoint IdentityIQ and Java deployment technologies. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the development and implementation of proprietary and innovative security solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ and Java deployment technologies. - Application onboarding, including configuration of creation, correlation, and build map rules. - Extending reporting capabilities via application-specific reporting. - Role mining and modeling assistance and configuration. - Risk/SOD configuration and implementation consulting. - Strategies for configuring a specific functionality, Planning and preparation. - Documentation review. - Product version upgrades - Ongoing patch installation - Advanced configuration (workflow, rules, reports) - Mentoring and environment-specific training. - Provide knowledge transfer to technical staff. - Gathering Requirements, Developing build map rules, LCM Events and workflows; - Install, Customize, configure and support identify provisioning and Governance tools; - Performing Installation and configuration of SailPoint IdentityIQ; - Developing IAM Solutions using SailPoint IIQ; - Aggregating and Provisioning users using various Connectors; - Develops the creation process of new audit reports, templates, ad-hoc and runs current audit reports for SOX etc - Implement new code into UAT and Production for system development lifecycle processes; - Manage source code and builds for compliance reporting; - Identify risks and issues and develops recommendations that address significant risks and complex issues; - Develop documentation, workflow diagrams, and test scripts. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality security solutions. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ. - Good To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java and Java deployment technologies. - Participate in requirements gathering and use case development; - Hands on experience with SailPoint technologies (IdentityIQ), concepts and features; - Develop technical project plans and aid in project resourcing; - Develop and execute test cases and test plans for SailPoint solutions; - Development background (i.e. JAVA); - Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization in comprehensive manner (i.e. translate and present technical information to business); - Experience with IdentityIQ Administration and Implementation; - Develop or contribute to technical project plans with regular tracking and reporting; - Strong working knowledge of Java and the ability to write scriptsStrong working knowledge of Java and the ability to write scripts. - Expertise level of knowledge with SailPoint IdentityIQ development of workflows, rules, connectors, - Experience developing API services to handle access policies, access requests and integrate with Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful security solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
