Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve providing dynamic service and ensuring smooth functioning of the systems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide technical support for critical business systems, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth functioning of the systems. - Develop and maintain technical documentation for the systems. - Conduct regular system audits to ensure optimal performance and identify areas for improvement. - Participate in the development and implementation of new systems and upgrades. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong account management skills. - Good To Have Skills: Account delivery management. - Experience in providing technical support for critical business systems. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Experience in developing and maintaining technical documentation. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in account management. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
