Summary: As a Test Automation Lead, you will be responsible for leading the transformation of testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies. Your typical day will involve developing and implementing automated testing strategies, leading a team of testers, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of testing processes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Develop and implement automated testing strategies, including the selection of appropriate tools and frameworks. - Lead a team of testers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of testing projects. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy and integrity of testing processes, including the identification and resolution of defects. - Evolve more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions. - Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies to significantly improve control, accuracy, and integrity. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Experience in Automated Testing. - Good To Have Skills: Test Automation Strategy. - Strong understanding of testing processes, tools, and methodologies. - Experience with test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, and TestComplete. - Experience with Agile development methodologies. - Solid grasp of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Automated Testing. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful automated testing solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
