Summary: As an Application Lead for Oracle Order Management, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications. You will act as the primary point of contact and work towards ensuring the successful delivery of the project. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing requirements, and designing solutions to meet business needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications using Oracle Order Management. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and design solutions to meet business needs. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project and ensure successful delivery. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in Oracle Order Management and related technologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Oracle Order Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Inventory, and Oracle Purchasing. - Experience in leading and managing teams. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Order Management. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Chennai office.
