Summary: As a Software Configuration Lead, you will ensure the product delivery and integrity during the overall product lifecycle. You will increase efficiency by managing processes, resources, and technologies to ensure the smooth flow of operations to meet cost, quality, controls, and delivery targets. This role requires working with individuals and teams from development through implementation across organizations. Join our team and contribute to the success of our projects. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Manage and optimize software configuration processes. - Ensure compliance with software configuration management standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement software configuration management strategies. - Identify and resolve software configuration issues and conflicts. - Additional responsibility: Mentor and guide junior professionals in software configuration management. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP MM and SAP SD. - Strong understanding of software configuration management principles and best practices. - Experience in implementing and managing software configuration management tools. - Knowledge of version control systems such as Git or SVN. - Familiarity with software development methodologies and processes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP EWM. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A Graduate in Engineering is required.
