Project Role Description : Support the implementation of activities for a specific business function to improve performance for a function end to end. Activities include analyzing and designing/re-designing business processes and/or defining parts of an organization.

Summary: As a Technology Consulting Practitioner, you will be responsible for advising, leading, and working on high-impact activities within the systems development lifecycle. Your typical day will involve providing advisory work for the IT function itself, with a focus on Change Management. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead and manage change management initiatives, including developing and implementing change management plans, stakeholder engagement, and communication strategies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with change management initiatives. - Develop and deliver training programs to support change management initiatives, including training materials, job aids, and other resources. - Provide guidance and support to project teams on change management best practices, including change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and change readiness assessments. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies. - Must To Have Skills: Experience leading change management initiatives in complex organizations. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with change management tools and technologies. - Good To Have Skills: Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Good To Have Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Change Management. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in business, technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful change management solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
