You will assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Additionally, you will conduct research, gather and synthesize information to support decision-making and drive business growth. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Conduct analysis of business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement. - Assess the current state of the organization and its integration with technology. - Gather and synthesize information from various sources to support decision-making. - Define the future state and/or business solution based on customer requirements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR). - Strong understanding of business processes and systems integration. - Experience in conducting analysis and gathering requirements. - Knowledge of data analysis and synthesis techniques. - Familiarity with technology solutions and their impact on business operations. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Electronic Medical Records (EMR). - This position is based at our Chennai office. - 15 years of full-time education is required.
